Multimedia and database CD creation.
We are able to burn your database to a CD. This means it is possible
to distribute your catalogue as a live searchable archive, with
on-line ordering, large printable images and much, much more. These
'Kiosk' databases can even be made available to the public using
specialist public information computers.
Network Installation.
A server database solution that is being accessed by many users
needs to be on a good high speed network. If you do not already
have such a system we can also install this as a part of our package.
Remote backup of data with 24 hour data restoration
option.
Your data is probably one of the most valuable assets that you own.
We offer you the option to backup your data to our remote servers.
This is done using 128 bit encryption. If you need to get your data
back in a hurry just call us to set the wheels in motion.
Website database hosting.
DDE has several web servers that host a variety of database driven
web sites. This option is open to any client - even if they have
designed there own database.
Remote administration of database servers.
Using modern software it is possible for DDE to control your database
server from anywhere in the world at any time.

DDE staff can be available 24/7/365 to keep your business
running. You can either take out a comprehensive support contract,
or call us on our support hot-line (0906 558 00 25) to have your
hand held whilst you fix things yourself - and because that is a
premium rate number there Will be no additional charge; you only
pay for what you use.
